No. If you can use email, you can use Vivoram. Teachers set up materials with a familiar form-style interface, and students just open and practice — no settings, no learning curve.
Any language. Vivoram is the framework — your teachers fill it with the content. The CEFR structure works for any language taught at A1 through C2 level, and the interface itself is currently available in English, with more languages on the way.
Multiple-choice questions are auto-graded. Open-ended, fill-in, and listening questions are reviewed by the teacher — they decide the grade and whether the student advances to the next level. Vivoram doesn't override your judgment.
Yes. Topics, vocabulary lists, and assignments can be imported from CSV. Reading materials accept PDFs directly. Audio for listening exams uploads as MP3 or WAV. Bulk import for whole curricula is available on the School and Enterprise plans.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're GDPR compliant, never sell or share data, and offer full data export at any time. Enterprise plans include DPA, SSO, and SAML.
Your account stays — you'll just be moved to the free Solo plan, with a 5-student cap. Your materials, students, and history are kept intact. Upgrade anytime to unlock more capacity.
Vivoram is fully responsive and works beautifully on phones and tablets — the student panel has a dedicated mobile layout with a bottom nav, drawers, and large touch targets. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap for late 2026.
